I moved to San Francisco to work at Google (YouTube) and found that I loved working in the tech industry. I wanted to be able to contribute more to the product and process, but as an executive business partner/chief-of-staff, I found my role limited. After exploring available options, I decided that UX was the right kind job for someone like me who is empathetic, loves solving problems and also craves creativity in her life.
